Within a distance of only 9 km there are two large vacation centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos with additional beaches. Tenerife has the well-known mild climate that makes the southern part of the island a vacation destination all the year round.
Due to the Finca´s favourable location, temperatures are generally more pleasant compared with locations at sea level. Air and water temperatures allow swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and surfing even during winter months.Finca El Sur has one fully equipped apartments with tiled terrace, a 6 by 12m (20 by 40 feet) swimming pool, Satellite TV with all English and German channels.
